A NOTE ON REGISTRATION

Right now, the registration is set-up so that the administrator has to manually approve a new user. This is simply an early measure to ensure that only members f the neighborhood can register. So, if your registation doesn't activate immediately, it's because I, the Admin, have not yet approved the account. 

When I activate your account, you will get an email to notify you of activation. That's part of why it's important that you put in REAL information.
