Talis Management Group

The Talis Management Group Inc has been retained as the management agent for your association. Our services include payment of association invoices, assessment collections, financial reporting, supervision of maintenance/service contracts, and attendance at board meetings. We are here to answer any questions you may have regarding your community and welcome your input.

You should have received a copy of the Audubon Park Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions at the closing of your home. These documents contain important and helpful information. Online copies of these reference documents are available or can be mailed to you upon request.

    Responsible for overall management contract supervision, field inspections for completed work orders, preventative maintenance, rules violations, grounds contractors' work, owner inquiries requiring field observation, and Talis team administration. Will interface with Board of Directors, owners, contractors, and others doing business with the association.

    Responsible for receiving routine requests for service, scheduling inquiries and follow-up, files, corporate records, board packages and association.
