The Board of Directors governs the Home Owners Association and sets the priorities and goals that determine the quality of life in Audubon Park. The board has a responsibility to make sure that the Association's resources are used efficiently and effectively to best serve the residents of Audubon Park. The board has a responsibility to take proper steps to maintain the appearance and ambiance of the neighborhood by ensuring compliance with the Bylaws and the Architectural covenants. Meetings: Board meetings are held at 7:00PM on the second Monday of each month. All members of the community are welcome to attend. Contact: Use the HOA contact form to contact the board by email. |
| Communications Committee | |

The Communications Committee is responsible for Association activities that involve communications within the neighborhood. The two most visible products of the committee are the newsletter, published quarterly, and the web site, which is updated as information becomes available. |
| Social Committee | |
|
The Social Committee is responsible for neighborhood wide social events including our annual Fall Festival, Egg Hunt and Ice Cream Socials. We have tried Spring BBQ's, Octoberfest, and Holiday parties. Please contact us with your ideas and to volunteer to help at any event. |
| Architectural Control Committee | |
|
The Architectural Committee works with residents and the HOA management to ensure that additions and alterations to the neighborhood are completed within the standards set forth by our community. The Architectural Board is responsible for reviewing and approving requests from residents for exterior changes based on the architectural standards.
