Recreation facilities
The recreation facilities (swimming pool, pool area, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and dressing rooms) are for the exclusive use of Audubon Park residents and their guests. Please help us keep the community facilities safe, clean, and fun for all.

General rules
The Audubon Park Recreational Complex is closed to all persons between sunset and sunrise (pool, parking lot, pavilion, tennis courts, nature trail, wooded areas and "common property").
The recreation facilities are for the exclusive use of Residents.
No fire, or charcoal or gas barbecues are authorized anywhere within the Recreational Complex or on any Audubon Park Homeowner common property.
No Smoking throughout the Recreation Complex.
No Unleashed Pets. All animals (dogs, etc.) must remain leashed and tethered to the owner or responsible adult at all-times. Pet owners are to be responsible for cleaning up after their pet and responsibly disposing of any waste. No animals (dogs, etc.) are authorized inside the pool area, tennis courts area, or on or around the playground mulched area.
No Parking in recreational area parking lot between sunset and sunrise. Vehicles remaining in the parking area after sunset shall be towed at the owner's expense. Overnight parking is not authorized unless specifically approved by the Association Board of Directors.
No Glass Containers. If you bring food or beverage items, you are responsible for cleaning up any spills and all trash before you leave. The rollout carts are for bagged trash only.
Any person using the facilities or "common property" between sunset and sunrise shall be considered trespassing and may be prosecuted, and/or the Board of Directors may levy sanction fines and administrative penalties for violations.
Report to APHOA Board of Directors, Talis Management, Neighborhood Watch or the Durham Police (911), as applicable, if you observe suspicious, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behavior, profane language, harassment, or any conduct or activity in violation of Laws or these Rules.
The Audubon Park Homeowners Association reserves the right to change and/or modify these rules and regulations at any time.
To obtain an electronic card key enabling access to the pool and tennis courts, residents need contact Talis Management at 878-878, ext 264. A fee for Replacement Key Cards is $25.00.
