Architectural standards
The Audubon Park architectural standards and guidelines exist to help residents keep our community ascetically pleasing. By maintaining an architectural standard our neighborhood will continue to have the same character and charm that attracted you to settle in with us.
Our architectural standards cover all changes you might consider making to the external appearance of your home and property. Some examples include expanding a deck, landscaping, painting, and new additions to your house. Before starting any project which affects the appearance of your property, please review the specifications and standards and contact the Architectural Committee if you have any questions.
Please remember, before you begin your project you must submit an Architectural Request Form and obtain written approval. Failure to do so may lead to increased costs and delays in completing your project!
