Approval process
Each homeowner has the responsibility to complete and Architectural Request Form prior to making any changes, additions or deletions to the exterior of their home or property. The process will be the same for all submittals with the required details varying depending upon the type of change.

Summary of application review and approval
The following table outlines the required steps for application review and approval. If there are questions about the process contact Talis Management for assistance.
The Architectural Committee reviews applications monthly during the HOA board meeting. Board meetings occur are the second Monday of every month. Contact Talis Management to confirm meeting dates.
