Welcome to our Neighborhood

Audubon Park is a subdivision of just over 300 homes located in Durham North Carolina. The community is divided into two sections named Turnstone and Sanderling. The builder in Sanderling is Squires (now called Beazer), while Torrey and R.W. Lee are the builders that work within Turnstone. The subdivision is located a short distance from the corner of Sedwick Road and Highway 55 in the southern portion of Durham County. Community amenities include a pool with pool house, playground, and two tennis courts.

It's that time of year again. The 2012 Annual Meeting for the Audubon Park Homeowners Association will be held on May 14th. Two $50 door prizes will be offered for all who attend, as well as snacks and hors d'doeuvres.

There are two positions open for the board this year.

The meeting will also include an open forum, a review of the past year, plans for the upcoming year, the budget, and the new website.
