Welcome to our Neighborhood
Audubon Park is a subdivision of just over 300 homes located in Durham North Carolina. The community is divided into two sections named Turnstone and Sanderling. The builder in Sanderling is Squires (now called Beazer), while Torrey and R.W. Lee are the builders that work within Turnstone. The subdivision is located a short distance from the corner of Sedwick Road and Highway 55 in the southern portion of Durham County. Community amenities include a pool with pool house, playground, and two tennis courts.

- Pool season starts May 10th! Are you a new resident? Have you lost your pool card? Please contact Talis Management, our community manager, and a new card will be sent to you via mail. If you have lost your pool card, you will be charged $25 for a replacement card.
